I bought one online. I was confused at first. They will call you and give the rest of the details. Then you get an email wirh all the info. Including a map.

These guys are absolutely terrible. Please do not waste your money with them. It took 2 months to do a transfer of ownership after multiple phone calls. Absolutely no one you talk to knows anything. They have to talk to a supervisor it is so ridiculous. They still messed up a bunch of the paperwork. They charge you a ten dollar per month fee for insurance that you have to have. Renting a storage unit from them was the most frustrating thing I've had to deal within a long time. They make something so simple ridiculously complicated. To top off of the location had no snow or ice removal and the drive way of full of ruts

Very easy to deal with. Unit was always dry, no leaks!!! Had no problems with mice as there were bait stations located all around the property. You would very pleased with this location, easy off/on the I39 interstate.
