La atención es definitivamente la mejor, el proceso de renta de un almacenamiento es demasiado fácil y muy rápido, telefónicamente me atendió Sofía y fue excelente, siempre dispuesta a darme la información requerida. Tienen servicio en español y son muy atentos. Los recomiendo activamente!!

Read entire review. I rented a storage unit at the 13th av site and found it to leak and reported it it was fixed. As for security there it is obvious to me it isn't very as the security gate hasn't worked for awhile and as for how kept up it is the drive way as u enter is full of potholes not small ones which I did report and hasn't been taken care of. Staff seems to be fine to work with. But there policies on no mail in payments or pay in person is not good. Auto pay or over the phone only is what the email told me and that now over the phone there's a 5$ fee that processing ends up a additional $20. Don't understand how $5 becomes $20 sounds not good to me.

This has been a great place to work with.
