KO Storage

The storage unit was the perfect location for me. The staff were very helpful. I had my stuff in storage for only 3 months while in search for a new home. The move out was easy. Sofia was the associate I talked to while closing my account after cleaning out my 2 units. She was so helpful in making my move out stress free! — Kimberly Grann

I’m not sure what happens with storage units and such, yet I had a friendly rep that helped me out about any questions I had and the process was painless!! Was getting worried that I would not find one. Amazing staff!! Thank you so much!

Though I had problems reserving online, I received wonderful help from a person over the phone who reserved my unit. The process was quick and efficient. I was able to begin using the unit immediately.

Simple enough to rent a unit online. I would prefer human interaction as society seems to be losing the personal touch but I can navigate the online world. The requirement for insurance is sort of a bogus scam/moneymaker for KO as most people end up storing stuff that really doesn’t keep value anyway but I just made sure to add to my homeowner policy.
