Jenny @ KO Storage- Oakes was great! She spotted an issue and quickly contacted me so we could address it immediately. She came to our unit and was ‘hands on’ to assist us when her office was at another site. She is the reason I would use KO Storage again. Jenny rocks!!

Ran into some issues with the latch from the previous tenants that I did not notice until over the weekend. Jennifer from KO storage responded promptly and got it fixed so I did not have to reschedule moving items into the unit.
