KO Storage

I spoke with a lady named Sophia and she was very helpful and kind about answering questions about the storage,the pricing, different types of units,and any other questions shd was willing to go out of her way to help with those questions.

Representative was very helpful, and waited on the phone to make sure that my problem was resolved.

If I could give 0 stars I would but that isn’t an option….. they are absolutely terrible people to rent through. Me and my fiancé both had units through them for a few years and it was nothing but a pure headache the entire time.

Absolutely horrible. I would not recommend to anyone. For starters they gave me all the wrong information please see picture. My storage unit isn't within 3 miles of the address they gave me they make false promises like the secured gate. There isn't a gate at any of said storage facilties owned or ran by Ko storage in my area. It cost me in time and gas over a hundred dollars my first trip there that was a bust because the telephone representative couldn't even help me locate my unit. I had to drive back the following day where this again cost me about a hundred because I had to find more help. What did ko storage do? Nothing offered me 20 dollar credit that I've never seen. And didn't even agree too because it was their mess up why should I take the loss? It's been nothing but a hassle and inconvenience to deal with these people. So please to save you from the hassle find another storage facility.
