She explained to me about my payment and helped me get an account on youal's website so that I can make my payment on the 3rd of each month after I receive my social security. So far, everything seems to be good. It was difficult for me to break the wire key thing that kept my purchased unit closed. The office staff told me to get a hammer to break it, as if I keep a hammer in my car? However, not a bad idea. Also the floor was quite dusty/ dirty but basically clean other than that. Picked up an extra day of work, but can not wait to come back & pack it full with more stuff. Thank you for doing your best. I'm actually pleased with KO Storage! I did try & twist the security lock but the one on my unit was not budging.
