When we arrived at our location using Mapquest for directions, the code for the gate worked perfectly. We used the diagram which was sent to us to find our climate-controlled unit. We were pleasantly surprised to meet the incredible Missy who was there working. I had had Missy as a student when I a full-time teacher and had not seen her for many years. Missy answered questions we had. It made us feel our items placed in storage were secure. Missy uploaded my insurance certificate since I had not heard back from the email address I had sent it to earlier. The facility itself is very nice. I would recommend this facility.
