코로나 때문에 마스크 착용을 부탁드렸는데 거절 당했습니다 그리고 물건을 전문적인 기술 없이 그냥 던져 놓다시피 하고 갔습니다 불친절 합니다 계속 힘들다고 투덜 됩니다

This company loses items and does not take the responsibility or even the initiative to find, return, or compensate for the missing items.

Literally left out two big yoga mats & one huge bag of clothing and a wooden chair. We called the office and he immediately started accusing us of “not checking thoroughly” but the items actually WERE left out by the movers and the guy brought them back the next day. Right now we’re missing a whole bag of family pictures that my mom had been missing for a while and she called the office again and they gave her the same response. Our mover complained the ENTIRE time and ended up breaking the glass of our new tv stand. This was a new piece of furniture and had no scratches or anything on it & it was rather expensive and the guy broke a piece of it. We didn’t even ask him or the company to compensate for it but now I’m regretting that we didn’t. 물건을 다 챙기고 무사히 새 집에다 옮기는게 이삿짐센터의 임무가 아닙니까. 물론 실수가 있을수도 있죠 그렇지만 손님이 물건이 없어졌다고 하는데 무조건 의심,짜증부터내는건 좀 아니라고 생각합니다. 전화안했으면 처음에 안온 물건 4개아마 찾지 못했을거고, 그리고 지금 가족사진 여러개 없어진것도 아마 영영 찾지못할것같습니다. 마음이 되게 안좋습니다, customer service하시는 분들이 이렇게 무책임하면 어떡합니까.
