We are very happy we called Koller moving and Storage. From the beginning, they have been very accommodating. We struggled to get in touch with them by phone. Fortunately we’re able to message with them via Facebook. We scheduled a move and then rescheduled at our request because of rain. Justin and Robert worked very efficiently to load up our household goods for an across town move to a storage unit. They did an amazing job of getting all of our items into the 20 x 10 storage unit and we were only charged for the services we needed. We will definitely be calling them back when it’s time to move our household furniture into our new house in three months.

They moved us in June of this year. We paid for 100% coverage because accidents happen. We have YET to have our insurance paid out after submitting pictures as well as receipts for damaged/broken items. They are great movers but have zero interest in follow up. We have called and emailed for updates repeatedly with no resolution.

This company was chosen to do my military move from our house in the country near Poteau, OK to Minot AFB, ND. They did a pre move inspection originally. And besides the electricity being off.. which was an easy fix.. they seemed to be making up reasons not to do the move. The lady I spoke to had a horrible snotty attitude from the beginning about everything. And since it failed I had to go through a long process of having a QA inspector review it ( who said he didn't see why they had failed it originally) and tell me basically to move some stuff around and take pictures. Meanwhile I'm in North Dakota trying to learn my job and sleeping on air mattresses in an empty house trying to figure out how to get all this done from up here. this was in May. Now it's July and my move was supposed to finally happen today. Well apparently since nobody has lived there for months an opossum was roaming around there and made a mess and there were some bugs that they are saying are cockroaches. So they have again canceled my move. Even though the original cancellation is why it is even in that state. And again the same lady had the same horrible attitude about everything. And now I'm having to go through the exact same process apparently. I'm trying to figure out another way of doing this since I can't afford to pay rent on 2 places anymore. Never could really.

Suffice to say I would only use this place if you like really snobby people and unreasonably high standards.

Very poor service, they came out promised to have a quote ready in two days and we never heard back. I called three times and never got a response! Very poor customer service!
