I spent about 6-8 months having various companies come quote me for epoxy floors and some type of slat wall/cabinet organization options for my garage and it felt like every company that came out was just not quite the right fit. They were often priced super high for what I felt like I could have ordered from Lowe’s and done myself. Everything was vague, no one had samples or ideas-mock ups if offered were like clip art-it just felt like a bust. I saw a koncept garage truck doing A project in my neighborhood and was like well this seems promising, so I called them up and Jeff came out with mutiple boxes of floor, cabinet, finishing samples. He actually listened to what I wanted, and the price range I wanted to stay in. He took notes and went back to the office and then delivered a whole video showing what they could do. We went back and forth to figure out what exactly made sense for us and they did EXACTLY what we wanted done and the price felt very reasonable. I honestly didn’t really have to do much at all, Will managed the project and communicated the entire time, and the main person installing seemed to be Robert and he was honestly great. He had a lot of attention to detail and making sure everything lined up perfectly and was cleaned up. There was other people that helped throughout the process but honestly Jeff, Will and Robert were fantastic. It was such a professional experience top to bottom and we are so happy with the finished product. Moving forward whenever we need to do our other garage or any project in this same vein we will only be going through koncept garage.
