I had my pantry organized. It was pretty cluttered. I thought I had it organized, but they showed me wrong. They went through everything and removed expired products and went over each item and checked to see if I was using it or not or if it could go elsewhere. With my feed back they made the flow work so much better than I had before. They really listened and just made everything so much better. The pantry looks sleeker and over all cleaner without all the things I wasn’t using. I didn’t realize I had so much baking flour. They even cleaned the counters off too.
Highly recommended using this crew again. Lastly, everyone was very kind and we all had fun cleaning and reorganizing!

We LOVED our experience with Heather and Shawntel. Truly an incredible experience. They arrived on time and were so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. They helped me to clean out and organize the toy room/family room which has been on my to do list for 4 years! It was a brand new, functional space when they finished and they left super helpful feedback to help me keep it organized moving forward. So thankful for this dynamic duo!

A team of two took jumbled together bins of stuff in my garage and brought order to the space in less than 4 hours using my existing shelving and bins. Both were pleasant and professional, asked for specific feedback when appropriate, and offered good suggestions (including using other storage areas in my house). They also did not try to upsell me on additional services. The experience makes me wish I had remodeled my garage with Koncept since they have expertise that you won't get from a general contractor.

Cannot say enough good things about Heather, Shawntel, Robert, and Anthony. They were so kind, so focused, and so fun that they made our hard decisions easy. Also, they worked in the freezing cold! My husband now has a workshop in which he can find everything he needs in no time at all, which means more time doing the things that he loves. I’d give 6 stars if it would let me.
