Krupp Moving and Storage

I give 5 stars to my movers who came out today 6/2/2020. Verne, Jon M, Scott, and Cody. They were polite, fast and efficient. They called the morning of to offer us a additional insurance. Confused and scared the move was not insured my husband accepted the insurance. Later to find out that all moves in the state of Ohio are covered by a minimum liability of .60 cents on the pound. I called and canceled the insurance. The office lady was rude and argumentative about it and I was very offended by the way she acted. The only star she deserves is one that falls out of the sky and hits her.

Lifesavers!! They worked quickly to schedule my move last minute; which was my fault. Joel and his guys helped move my grandmother from an apartment into a retirement community. They handled all of the packing, loading and unloading quickly and professionally. I was particularly impressed that they were left unsupervised for one hour and the work was basically completed by the time I returned. Very friendly staff from beginning to end. Moving with significantly less stress

Joel, Jeff, Matt, and Nick were incredible. They helped us with a two day move and we couldn't be happier. Krupp has some extremely solid, reliable, and hardworking movers in these 4 guys. I would recommend them to anyone!

Vernon, Arron, and Jon M. did an excellent job of moving our belongings. They followed our directions efficiently, pleasantly, and perfectly. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone. What a great group of men. We were very lucky to have their help.

Trevor, Nick, Bill L., Mike S., and Matt H were awesome. They hustled to get everything loaded and unloaded to help us get the move done quickly. Everything was moved with care. They were all friendly and polite. I would highly recommend Krupp moving.
