Krupp Moving and Storage

I had a rather large complicated move with a lot of large furniture. The guys from Krupp Moving were amazing. I pulled a lot of things out of storage and they gave me a lot of information and advice on what to do to get my furniture cleaned up since it had been sitting there. James told me exactly what products to buy the spray down my furniture which was extremely helpful and I was so appreciative. David, Matt, and Tyler along with James gave me time to get my furniture clean before they assembled it for me. I have already recommended to them to my friends who are going to be moving soon and if I have to move in the future I would definitely use Krupp moving again. Excellent Service and excellent company. They made this process smooth and timely.

Moving from Maui to Ohio is no small undertaking, and the stress of shipping household good over 4,000 miles across sea and land was daunting. However, the final stage of our move, unloading our shipping container, was the least stressful and most positive part of the move, thanks to James, Jon, and Tyler! We hired Krupp specifically because we had two Harley-Davidson motorcycles in our shipment and wanted to ensure they were offloaded safely. The team arrived on time and were professional, friendly, and courteous throughout the morning and we could not be more pleased with how easy the process was. One note, however—if you decide to use Krupp for your moving needs (and you should), be sure to ask the right questions when getting a quote. We were given an hourly rate, but there was no mention of additional charges such as vehicle service charge (195.00) or fuel surcharge (33.00). In addition, we were originally told we would be provided two men at $110 per hour. When we finalized our booking, we were told that we would have three men at $130 an hour, with a 3-hour minimum. In the end, we paid over $550 for less than 2 hours of work. Would we use Krupp again? Absolutely, because of the amazing service we received from James, Jon, and Tyler. But we would definitely ask for a written estimate so we weren’t surprised by additional charges at the time of service. Thank you, James, Jon, and Tyler, for making the final part of our long journey the least stressful part!

My wife and I were very pleased with the service the staff at Krupp Movers provided. They were courteous, efficient, and on time from packing and loading to delivery and unloading. This was the first time in 38 years my wife and I had moved. So to move to another state was a bit unnerving. Krupp Movers made it stress free. We highly recommend them.
