Krupp always does an amazing job for us packing & moving! Couldn't recommend them anymore. Trevor, James, Mike, Austin, Rodney, Omar & Chris went above and beyond for us

Never use Moving Claim Services or Krupp Moving & Storage. We have estimated a few thousand dollars worth of items that need to to be replaced or repaired from our last move with them.
Once our poorly mishandled items arrived we were encouraged to sign the paperwork, before we could thoroughly inspect all items. We noted to the 3 items that were missing or damaged that we could immediately notice. So we also signed the papers “That we currently know of.” It took several months to document all the damages. 284 pictures of damaged furniture, totes, boxes and lost items. My lack of knowledge to fill out a pdf file and a one month family leave emergency with a baby born prematurely plus all the other pitfalls that happen when you move to a new state. To say the least it has been very stressful dealing with this horrific ordeal.
The paid in cash movers did a great job of camouflaging their damaged goods and distracting us before we signed the papers.
This experience has been heartbreaking for us.

If I could give a lower rating, I would. The sales and office staff were very professional in their manner, we actually chose Krupp over lower estimates based on that. Unfortunately, the people charged with the care and moving of our belongings were not. We had multiple items broken or completely destroyed or lost; antiques, family heirlooms, furniture….etc.

And do not count on the insurance, they represent the movers. We had to prove we purchased it, they didn’t even record it. They tell you a time period you have to file the claim, then hold it against you when you use the whole time period. Our information had to be sent multiple times as they continually found things they termed mistakes (thus extending the time it took to file). The offer of settlement was a fraction of the cost to repair/replace our damaged goods that I felt it was more important to warn others. There is a clause in the settlement saying you cannot rate the company if accepted.

In any case, during a very stressful time, we were forced to learn a very expensive and heartbreaking lesson. Our items will never be replaced or repaired, but if I can help others avoid going through what we went through, maybe it will help.

I cannot express enough how this business and there insurance provider should be avoided. Very disappointing.

They are NO DIFFERENT from any other moving company. If you don't buy the extra insurance, and MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE MOST EXPENSIVE ONE, (for $2000 worth of damage they might offer you $60 with the automatic entry level insurance)otherwise they trash your furniture just like every other moving company out there. They are only careful if they know they will have to pay good money for damages. Buyer beware!!! Always buy the EXTRA insurance!!!and only buy the HIGHEST PRICED ONE!!!!the other ones pay peanuts....

My recent experience with Krupp was a positive one. Joel, Mike S., Doug, Luke, and John M. were very hard workers, took care of my furniture, and very polite. I will use them for my next move!
