Krupp Moving & Storage

These young men were awesome. Trevor, Dave, Tad, Luke, Codey and Jeremy. They were so respectful of our property and staff. They had to move everything from a third floor office building down and emptied a garage with a low ceiling where they had to bend over in while carrying the boxes out. They disassembled 8 oversized desk and reassembled them, a boardroom table that was so large it would not fit in the elevator, and so many file cabinets (both metal and solid wood). There were 5 oversized bookcases, multiple credenzas plus probably 30 chairs. They moved our medical room which was filled with heavy tables also. All of the furniture was Amish made from solid wood. Many of the tables had very heavy large, thick glass tops. Nothing was scratched or damaged at all. Everything they did was with a smile and a joyful heart. I cannot share enough praise for these men and this company. If you are moving Krupp’s is the company to call. And if you have the liberty to request the movers, I highly suggest Trevor, Dave, Tad, Luke, Codey and Jeremy!

Hands down the most professional moving company & team I could have ever expected. Scott with sales was very attentive in ensuring our unique move need was set up correctly. David , Codey, and Jeremy were all efficient, polite, & safe as they : worked with very large/heavy items, solved a difficult entry point into the building, carefully uncrated, & lastly positioned the items into requested positions. (& they kept the space tidy while they did so!)
I will without a doubt recommend them to anyone, and will be using them again for any moving needs. Worth every dollar spent for this service level & to have the peace of mind knowing your valuable items are in such great hands! THANK YOU KRUPP TEAM!!

This moving company broke several items totaling over $900.00 and would not take resposibilty for any of the damages and would not respond to my inquiry as to the status of the claim. Their customer service is all but non existant. Tryning to get someone to return a call let alone answer a phone is almost imposible and these calls were made while our furnishings were in their storage. We even tried making an appointment to retrieve a needed item and never was able to set the appointment up due to lack of communication. Some of our items never even made it to our new home while a couple of other items (two folding step stools) that did NOT belonging to us did. We informed Krupp moving but they didn't care.

Everytime my family has used Krupp, they have been great. This move was no different. The foreman, Doug, kept things rolling along, and Tad and Josh were equally efficient. And they kept their good humor throughout! I'd recommend them anytime. Thanks, guys!!!

My move went so great, the packers did a wonderful job, and Joel the loader, driver, deliverer ,set up was so understanding, kind and did all he possibly could to make it a good move for an 82 year old all the way across the country. He even missed a special event in his family to move me. I would highly recommend Krupp to anyone.
