Krupp Moving and Storage is an excellent company to work with. My husband and I were treated with respect, kindness, options for packing, and an overall positive experience.

Mark was our chief and his team of Brendan, Catrell, Hunter, Trevor and Austin all did a remarkable job. They were beyond polite and careful to ask questions before attempting to move something that may be challenging. Moving can be very stressful and tiring; this team made it fun. While I do not have the names of the team that helped us unload, they as well were, professional, efficient, polite, and friendly.

Our entire process began with a postcard in the mail, a visit from Ronnie (of Wooster office), continued communication and then The Team (s). This was a long distance move from Ohio to TN encompassing Dec. 16-19, 2024.

Krupp was wonderful. They arrived on time and were very professional and friendly. They handled all our items with care, and even went above and beyond for a couple of very heavy pieces. We are looking forward to having Hunter F., Bryan, Levi, and James back again when it's time to unload everything after the remodel. Thanks so much!

Highly recommended. We’ve used several local movers, but the team at Krupps with Jeremy, Hunter , Blaine & Corey far exceeded our expectations! They were on time, finished one hours earlier than expected and below the original estimate. They were helpful in getting our pieces to fit perfectly in our apartment! They even put up with our changing our mind on where to place pieces!
They were always eager to move pieces around as needed.
