We had a water line to an ice machine in a fridge break in-home and were given 48 hours to demolish cabinets, move all appliances and furniture, basically get everything off of the floor so that the upper layers of the floor could be ripped up or the foundation layers could begin to rot out from underneath. It was the middle of college moving and construction/renovation season so every moving and storage company was extra busy. Two other container companies I called in town were completely out of containers until the end of the following week.

I called Kube/Lacey's and told them the situation and offered to pay extra charges in order to get a container to the house within 24 hours. The operator told me she would call the owner and get back to me asap. They called 5 minutes later and said they would re-direct one of their drivers and have a container on the driveway in less than two hours at no additional cost!

Saved our kitchen floor from an entire demolish by getting it there immediately so that we could get started before the rot set in. Can't say enough good things about the team there and how they helped up when we were in need, it made dealing with a disaster much easier. They could have made an extra hundred bucks or so for rush fees, but recognized that we were in a really tough time-sensitive situation that could turn even worse and cost us thousands of dollars extra without their help!
