Review:

Caution on the storage units: they flooded last spring (2013), Kummers took no responsibility, didn't bother to warn tenants of the possibility after at least two units had been affected, and said I 'should have known' that was a possibility. Also, the security gate has been standing open for the two years I had a unit there.
