The guys did a great job and were very polite and friendly. They packed the truck very well and nothing was damaged.

Did not pack our items as discussed. Did not disassemble or reassemble furniture as discussed. Did not have a truck the appropriate size for our move, which resulted in two trips. Did not label boxes they did pack appropriately while also missing several kitchen drawers and items from nearly every kitchen cabinet. Did not bring required items for the move...ie used moving boxes that were falling apart, brought NO mattress bags as discussed. Truck needed a jump start on the second trip from the house we were moving out of. This is NOT a professional moving company. If they moved pianos at one point, it certainly was not with this crew. While they did adjust the invoice after my husband complained, the sales person never even asked what went wrong.

I just needed labor to unload a 16 ft truck. The 2 guys were efficient, fast, careful and polite. They unloaded items and put them in sections by the truck based on where they were going. It really made a difference because I just had to be at the truck to tell them which room instead of running around inside pointing.They assembled the bed and even helped clean up the inside of the rental truck by folding pads and untying ropes used to secure items. Couldn’t have done better. Need more movers and going to request these guys again!

Kurtz movers were extremely efficient the guys went above and beyond to help showed up early! They were very affordable compared to other moving companies
