Beware, do not use this company. We hired them when they had the best reviews in Richmond. They were suppose to move us, store our furniture and then deliver it when we had our new home. They stole, lost and damaged over $16,000 worth of our belongings. 95% of the boxes they delivered in February 2020 was busted into and stuff was broken or taken. They even stole our clothes, but left the hangers. They do not have a registered business license nor do they have a valid address. We paid $350 for extra insurance that Mr Walter Jones canceled without letting us know. We lost a lot to this company and have pictures to show it.

They stored and then lost all our restaurant equipment. I called daily for over a month, I sent text messages and the owner Walter never returned any of my calls. Someone please tell me how you can lose restaurant equipment. I'm sure he sold my stuff or the storage locker company auctioned them off because he never paid his bill. He also does not list the location of his business on his website. Only a fool would use his services after reading my post.

Not only did they not call me, they ignored all my calls, my voicemails and emailed me saying 'confirmed.' would not email me back. no calls, no show - this has happened more than once to previous reviewers - DO NOT STRESS YOURSELF OUT

I called this company two weeks ago and made arrangements for them to come move me on 6/22/19 at 9:30 am. I spoke with Walter and he gave me the price and took my information. Three days before the move I called them and confirmed the day and time with Walter and he confirmed it. On the day of the move, they did a no call no show! I called them
several times and no answer. The voicemail would not let you leave a message but it would send an SMS message with your phone number. I did that and I sent a regular text message from my phone as well as a FB message and I still didn’t get a call back. I would not recommend them to anybody!!

We booked a move from Richmond, VA to Cary, NC and the entire process was seamless and awesome. I could not even think of one improvement opportunity ?.

Mention below some of the things which comes to my mind per the experience.
•Cost – One of the best and cheapest quote of all, flat rate and no hidden charges. We were so pleased with the experience therefore included 10% gratuity on top of the agreed amount.
•On time arrival – They promised to arrive at 12pm for pickup on Friday 5/31 and they were at door 11:59am… again promised to deliver at 12pm on Saturday 6/1 and were outside our new home at 11:55am (again this was long distance move)
•Fast and Efficient – Pickup completed in 2hrs and all boxes/furniture assembled in 2.5hrs… I was little surprised the way this team was picking furniture/boxes however they were strong and quick
•No Breakage – Adequately handled, all intact

Overall a great experience and with the owner (Walter) being personally involved the entire process was stress free. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
