Review:

Bugs, people living in the units. Homeless in walk around and the gate is open often. Drug users in the laundromat. I walked into the laundry and there were dirty ripped old undergarments on the ground and the place was filthy. Citerit butts inside the laundry. Staff's mentality is yeah so..
