Kwik-Stor Self Storage

I got a storage unit from them yesterday. They have an actual office where you can sit down and talk to someone. I tried to call so many places around the area. none of them had a office and the numbers i called just rang and went to a voice mail. I also found the staff to be very welcoming and friendly... it was the best customer service i ever experienced from a self storage company. The lady who helped me, her name was Kiara. she was very friendly and even let us look at a unit before we rented it so we could make sure that was the size we needed. great storage and i strongly recommend!

Overall easy process to rent- website glitches forced me to opt for more expensive unit in beginning. Unit is what i expected, lock provided with one time fee.
