Absolutely the worst experience. My daughter used this storage over the summer when she went home from college. After she removed her belongings in August, we continued to be charged every month! I have had to file multiple dispute claims which has been time-consuming and a headache. My bank put a Block on the merchant so they couldn’t charge me again but they just changed the amount they were charging and did it again. That’s not just an oversight-that’s unscrupulous behavior. They will not answer the phones or respond to communications.
No body is there. No one calls back in order to take a payment. I just wanted to pay my unit and remove my things. But i have been trying to speak to someone for almost 2 weeks now. I have submitted multiple requests to get contacted via their website. I have felt numerous voicemails, i gave requested callback via their customer service center, i have emailed their business email where they have sent previous receipts from, I have contacted their facebook business page. Nothing. No call back and no response. Nothing. I just want to pay and remove my things. You would think they would want to collect money hut i fear they sold my unit with no notice, unfortunately I do take some responsibility as I missed my December 1st payment but have been trying to contact well before now to make December and Januarys payment.
They need to get it together and call back within a reasonable time to customer to avoid these issues. On top of everything the kiosk they have outside their office is broken. The touch screen is broken and you can see the glass has lifted and no one is there to even tell to get it fixed. This is terrible customer service, they should at least change hours to have someone available in the office for a few hours a day or something!
Very unhappy with what is going on. Its just a headache all around.
They never returned my phone calls. Continued to take my money after my canceled unit.
Bugs!!! Never have I ever had bugs iat the beginning of the summer I got to look for something in my unit roaches everywhere never have I ever had a roach in my home disgusting!!!
Multiple times tried to get someone to call me back and nobody calls. Try to make payments, but once payment is late the manager must take the payment over the phone. Nobody is ever there onsite. A kiosk is there that never works. If you call the only person you talk to is someone speaking broken english who tells you that a facility manager will call back, but nobody has. Been nothing but a nightmare from the very beginning. They are quick to put their own lock and disable your code the moment payment is late. I told them someone had been in the unit and it was just shrugged off!!! I fear all my stuff has been removed and thats why nobody will call back. A lot of brand new appliances and furniture in the unit. Only storage facility that doesn't allow you access to your unit 24/7 and never a direct number to the person who works there. People can easily enter the facility from other areas of the property!!! Ready to call BBB, lawyer, and law enforcement!!! Only place that I have ever heard of that refuses payments once late and rather have late fees gather up and reason to lock you out of your belongings!!!! Hoping to make payment current and get our stuff out ASAP if its all still there!!!! Very displeased and if there were negative star rating this place would get it!!!!
