L & L Self Storage

I had a storage with them for about three years and randomly I tried to enter to bring some stuff to put away in my unit and my code didn’t work have tried for several months to get ahold of someone I showed up and someone was there they are trying to say that a “ tent “ called and said they were moving out and gonna clean out the storage and then they checked weeks later and the storage was “ empty “ but then they put a rope and lock on it there is only 2 people me and the partner who could of called and canceled and we didn’t cancel it and now all of my daughter things she has made me over the years are gina my grandfather who passed away all of his stuff is gone so either someone go into the storage facility and broke into the locker or the facility threw out stuff out just seems very shady then I was told that “ oh yeah so and so was suppose to call you and tell you that your unit was “empty“ but no one answered every contacted me and apparently cameras only go back 30 days and mind you this happened in may June and I just finally got to speak to someone beyond livid .. things are gone that can not be replaced

I came to rent a unit I used the kiosk because nobody was here doors were locked and it was inside business hours. For the past hour the kiosk is loading processing payment nothing happened. I called the number 5 times to try to get someone to fix it. Nothing. Manager is not answering his phone
