Worst moving company, dont desseve one start!! Waited almost four months to receive my things and they lost two boxes and they dont know where they put them. My things supposely where delivered when i have videos that im missing boxes!!! Lost a lot of money and time with them never again, even the claim deparment in MA didnt help with nothing and where so rude.

I hope I never have to use your services again. Almost two months with the car, without delivering it, neither the Worcester office nor the Puerto Rico office wanted to give us information about the delay nor could they tell us where the car was. The worst thing is that on top of what you paid to bring it, they charge 'some tax charges' that you have to pay in cash but they don't show you an invoice or receipt, nothing to justify that charge. The Woscester Manager should be given classes on how to talk to customers and maybe he wouldn't create so many problems.
