Para cosas grandes del hogar vale la pena pero cajas con cosas personales no. Recibí mi mudanza y las cremas de mi niño fueron abiertas y vaciadas mis productos de cabello por igual los productos de barbería de mi esposo fueron todos abiertos y vaciados. Las cajas al revisarlas no las acomodan como uno las pone pusieron mi impresora en una caja con objetos pesados del hogar cuando yo la había envuelto en burbujas en una caja aparte. Consejito no envíen cajas con ellos solo los recomiendo para enseres y muebles ya q llegaron en excelentes condiciones lo demás estoy muy decepcionada.

La Ultima vez fue El año pasado y le cobraron $2000 y pico para ir al mismo sitio que yo pero Ellos me estan cobrando $5000 y pico y mami se llevo El doble de cosass que yo. The service from here is terrible. We sent our move in February and its now May, just receiving our stuff after they told us 4-6 weeks for delivery. After the 6 weeks passed, I called and they stated it hasnt even left the state. A couple more weeks pass, I call again to see where is my move, and they say its in Orlando. I spoke with Patricia in Orlando and she stated it would leave the following week, as they were waiting on the container to fill. I call again 2 weeks later because I have yet to hear from them and they said the truck had mechanical issues and they were not able to leave. But this time for sure it was leaving the following week. I called again the following to Orlando and they said it was already in Miami, and that they should be giving me a call to make the delivery. I call Miami AS SOON as I hang up with Orlando and the lady stated that it was still in Orlando. So where is my move, Orlando or Miami? No one ever had the right answers to where my move was, everyone would say something different. Communication and seevice here is terrible!!!! And they wouldnt even give a credit for the inconveniences.. Worst people to move your stuff with. I called to speak to a manager and the rep in Worcester, I believe Adriana, took my name and number down and I never received a call.

Está compania te ofrece un servicio de primera en mudanzas desde USA a otros lugares y de tu lugar de destino a dónde vayas a enviar o mudarte.. Es un trato tan bueno que lo hice dos veces. Dicen que debes esperar a que el vagón se llene y toma hasta dos meses y saben que ninguna de las dos tardo un mes . Lo mejor los empleados son amables, comunicación efectiva, cooperadores y en un ambiente cómodo. No tuve que esperar nada llegué presente documentos, mueva el carro al recibo y mudanza cargada en mi auto y vamos. No estube ni media hora en todo el trámite y acomodo. Todo llegó intacto tal como lo deje así llegó. Cajas sanas y completas. Precio muy bueno y acomodado a tu presupuesto,te explican bien todo el sistema, como embalar y acomodar. Lo digo me gustó trabajar con ellos. Recomiendo este lugar y sus servicios. Ellos te traen hasta autos me explicaron ellos allí.

I had 2 chairs shipped to PR. I drove them to Worcester. Filled out the paperwork and the chairs were delivered with out any incidents.
