I had my stuff picked up from Puerto Rico to come to RI. When I called the MASS office they said that they couldn’t find my shipment to call them back with the shipment number. When I called them back the next day and started reading the number they said, stop right there, your things were sent to the Chicago location call PR and see why they sent it there. I called PR, they said it was their mistake that they will contact me back to see if it’s in transit to MASS, never received a callback. When I called them on Thursday they stated that my shipment is in Orlando. Now why would it be in Orlando??? The woman that picked up the phone said it would be another 2-3 weeks till I got my shipment. I said I wanted to speak to the supervisor and they claimed she was busy that she will give me a callback. It is Monday, no callback, no one is answering the phones, so I called headquarters. They can’t find my shipment neither. This is the second time I use them and the second time that they fail me. I’m fed up with them.

An update. I will be suing this company. My stuff has been to four different states. Puerto Rico gave me a so called credit and now they’re saying that it doesn’t appear in their database. Rude, rude people in all of their offices. No professionalism. Calling the FMCSA first thing Monday morning. Anyone else with issues with them, you have rights and options!
Pésimo servicio desde el gerente hasta los empleados te dan precios y cuando llegan al lugar dicen que uno no le das los detalles son un pillos mal servicio NO LOS RECOMIENDO EN LO ABSOLUTO NO SE DEJEN ENGAÑAR POR ESTOS LADRONES
I have use this moving company in the past and had better service from Florida and Puerto Rico. I recently called the office in Worcester, MA regarding a quote I requested a few times online, in which I never received a call back. When I called the first time I was put on hold for than 20 min. without even being asked the reason for my call and hung up after waiting so long. I called again, this time the person who answered picked up and hung up the phone. Third try, again I was placed on hold for another 10 min., finally a lady answered, which she did not identified herself..ask what did I need and after explaining the reason for my call...the only thing I was told that a estimator will contact me. Didn't bother to actually help at all. As a returning customer one would think to be treated with better customer service.
