Los contraté para que trajeran la mudanza de mi hijo de Pensilvania a PR me dijeron que los tv los pondrían en una caja de madera bien cuidados y no fue así, llegó con dos tapas de cartón y dañados, les hago el reclamo y solo quieren pagar la mitad de lo que costó. No respetan lo ajeno.

Llame a principios de semana y me dijeron que tenía que llevar mi carro lun-vier. de 8-3 para enviarlo, llamé varias veces y me decían lo mismo nunca me dijeron si había que hacer una cita. Cuando llamé me dijeron que ya no enviaban carros por el momento. Deberían ser más organizados y prestar más atención al cliente

The company is absolute trash. This is the second time we have hired them and they failed to deliver. We used them to save money but ended up regretting it.
The second time they sent our items from Chicado to Puerto Rico even though they had to send the items to Florida even though the address was clearly stated as Florida. They are this retarded.

The customer service is trash. We had to call every day for 2 weeks until they confessed they had sent it to another country. Thier manager has very poor customer service ability. Half of our plates and glassware is broken.

Additionally, the courrier refused to bring our stuff to the apartment unless we paid them.

Stay away from this company. Dont be fooled by the cheap price, you'll end up regretting it.
