Ray was extremely kind, polite , and patient during my check in. The energy of the facility is very clean and the office space is warm and welcoming.

The two people that was working in the office was extremely helpful when I changed storage units from a 7x10 to a 10x10. They gave us a loaner log so we could lock both units in the process of changing. Roy also found a cart for us so we could move stuff from one to the other. We were able to move the stuff from the smaller unit to the bigger unit in about 2 hours.
What could have been a very difficult thing for us to do turned out to be not too bad.
I would like to thank the two people working in the office for their help.
