Used to be a five star rating as the previous owner and staff who have passed away were very nice. This is a very basic facility with no security gate, day time electric is turned off and no bathrooms. I was paying a reasonable rate of $114 so $123 with tax. I can find this rate at a coupe of other similar facilities. I just received a letter saying my new rate will now be $194! That is a monthly increase of $70 which is an EXTRA $840 A YEAR effective next month! I don't behoove then cost of expense raise but $70 EXTRA especially for an older outdated facility I feel is excessive. ​So do your price shopping at other facilities too before you commit to renting here.
