I've lived in 13 states and this was the worst move of my life. They promised to wrap my furniture for the move and did so when they picked it up. However, they had to take everything to their warehouse and load it onto another truck at which time they unwrapped my furniture. When the truck arrived at my new place (in another state) a friend of mine and I both watched while they opened the back of the truck and saw that my furniture was exposed. As such, my desk and desk chair were damaged and my couch was soiled. When I asked why they weren't wrapped (as promised), the driver said that my belongings were given to him that way. Since he's been moving furniture for over 30 years I don't understand why it didn't occur to him to protect my belongings.

If you care about your belongings and want them to arrive safely, use another moving company.
