Lance Moving Co.

This is the MOST Unprofessional, irresponsible, unorganized moving company I have EVER dealt with! on July 19, 2024 we were quoted $140/hr by Lorraine Hicks. We called back on July 22 and scheduled our moving date for August 21 @ 8 with Ms. Hicks. This is for 2 apartments into 1 house, not a small job. We even asked if they wanted a credit card to secure it. Ms. Hicks said no need, they take payment the day of. On Aug 21 at 7:29 we called & left a VM letting them know we secured ample space for them when they arrived. By 8:12 we called to check in and was told by Ms. Hicks that not only they were NOT coming but that we were NEVER on the schedule and Ms. Hicks even went so far to say she NEVER spoke to us that she takes detailed notes! Mind you, We have time stamps on our phone showing we spoke to you. We have no where to sleep, all of our stuff is packed ready to go, we took time off from work all to be told she never spoke to us! Thankfully, All My Sons saved the day! DO NOT USE LANCE'S MOVING COMPANY!!! They forget to put you down AND blame you for their mistake!!!

Best moving experience ever. Very professional, helpful and unhurried. Many fragile items were moved without any damage.
