Lane's Moving & Storage

We hired them to pack and to load our trucks and enclosed trailer for a cross country move. When we arrived at our destination approximately 2000 miles later, we discovered that nothing that was placed in the trailer had been properly packed or wrapped even though we provided many moving blankets for them to use. Needless to say after many miles of travel, several items had continuously rubbed and caused much wear damage. Also damaged were some very nice rolling tool chests that again were not secured or wrapped.
Contacted them multiple times and was told they were not responsible.
Poor customer service and no accountability for the service they were contracted to perform.
