Very responsive to my needs, even when the requirements were changing in real time.

Pretty convenient location, manager is very nice and the prices are affordable.would be nice if you had 24 hour access to your stuff; And could definitely go without the rats eating your belongings,and relieving themselves on everything, I clean up after them everyday. When I complained I was told an exterminator is on site. I'm guessing the exterminator is the little black traps that only catch dust.

The rental process was quick and easy only. No need to go in to see anyone. The unit was very clean. The one concern that I had was addressed and taken care of.
