Been at this storage for 5 plus years want to give a big Thanks to Stern, always super helpful and dedicated to giving the best customer service.

I stored my contents for about 11 months. Staff was friendly and the units were clean. But keep an eye on your documents. I moved out on the 13th of January and was expecting a half month refund and was told I would. But my documents they sent me said I moved on the 21st. I called the office and was told I moved out too close to the end of the month and there was no refund. I explained I moved out on the 13th and got 2 other excuses. One was I kept the truck for 3 days which made no sense I only had for 1. Then I was told you have to give 30 days notice to get a refund. So I was getting a runaround. And I can say the person I spoke to wasn’t as nice as she was prior to this. Keep your attention to what they give you.

Worst place ever, do not book with them, I had a reservation with them, booked with weeks in advance, when I arrived they just said they will not give me the truck, without explanation, I had to book again with them, bc other places were too far, and guess what, it happened again!!! No truck for my moving, it’s so frustrating, they don’t have the inventory. I do NOT recommend this place AT ALL!

Lantana Storage and their team are amazing! I’ve had my unit close to a year with them and they are the best in town. Very affordable and flexible! Will truly recommend if you want to store your things

I love this location. Mary is amazing, down to earth, and so very professional. I'm glad I decided to try this company.
The staff there is so helpful and understanding. They all need raises for the work they do. Thank you so much for your help.
