Lantana Self Storage

Mary was a delight. She helped me with my rental in a shorter period of time than I would have done it on my own with the self check out. She is sweet and even gave me a piece of gum. Best Uhaul experience ive ever had.

Latasha was very very rude and very very unprofessional she had a worker waiting outside to come into the building like he was a customer at 9am, the gentleman worker was very nice and professional and went to show us the unit after we came back from looking at the unit she then went on to give us a hard time about the unit we rented and ultimately kicked us out and declined to service us Go back and has yet to refund the payment we made for the unit. I would must definitely not recommend renting a storage unit from this establishment because of the very poor customer service experience that they provide she should most definitely be trained on customer service because she clearly does not have any.

Run away do not buy anything from them they charge 3x what u-haul or Home Depot charges for boxes and supplies

I just want to say that i would highly recommend lantana self storage to everyone it is clean and your stuff are safe and protected but most importantly the staff and the manager i was in a very bad situation and they treated me like family they listened to my concerns they encouraged me and the saved me from losing my stuff i am grateful for these people and i appreciate their kindness and willingness to help when times get rough.again to the staff and manager thank you so much and i really appreciate you.
