Larry's Storage

This man is argumentative and confrontational. He yelled and threatened my husband and I in front of our children. We came tp clean out a unit and couldn't remember the unit number. So we tried several different unit locks. Yes, the payments were behind and we had the money to pay. He refuses payment, called the police on us and threatened to have us arrested. All in front of our children. The worst part is he claims to be a fair Christian man. I would never recommend doing business with him, even though he is a lower price option.

Ok first of all. We got the gate code from an email that you sent. When you arrived, I immediately told you who we were and what we were there for, before you even passed the front of your SUV. You began yelling and threatening us, calling us thieves. We had the money to pay you. Now no one benefits. This is really going to cost you more in the end. You would have had a clean and rentable unit today. Instead you have a mess to deal with. It didn't have to go that way.

Actually, you are the one telling lies. I told both you and the officer on site that I had the money to pay you. I offered to pay you twice before the police even arrived. The only reason why we had to be trespassed off the property is because you blocked our exit with your truck so we couldn't leave.

I have done business with Larry for going on 2 years and was consistent with payments , up until last month when I fell behind due to financial hardship. I currently live in FL and had some of my friends who were willing to not only catch up my payments but went out of their way to drive to Conway and load all of my belongings and store them at their home. These friends showed up with their 3 young children. Larry met them there yelling and berating them and then he had the audacity to involve the police rather than settling the matter. I had attempted to call him numerous times to no avail. After this incident that left my friends shaking and rightfully angry, he returned my call and attempted to mansplain what happened, in which he attempted to call my friends liars and insult me in the process. Come to find out, my friends had previously done business with him years ago and had a similar experience. Had they know this incredibly angry and hostile man was the same guy I was dealing with, they would have never recommended him. I will make the same recommendation, save yourself some hardship and don’t do business with this man. The lower prices are not worth the heartache.

The rules and regulations r a little excessive. Scared to put my things in there and if im 2 days late lock on my room and must pay 50 just to have him take his lock off ..just to strict. Guess u have to be that way these days

Convenient and clean environment.

We did but shouldn't have. Mold on everything after only 3 months , ridiculous late charges. I neglected to put my lock on our unit. He put his lock on & taxed me $50 bucks for it ! I would not suggest using Larry's storage. Prices are less but. You get what you pay for
