I just completed my move with the company, and couldn't be happier with my driver Caleb. I've never used a moving company before and was a little stressed about the process. As soon as Caleb arrived, even before that actually as he had called me, my stress was gone. He explained everything that would happen and went above and beyond to help me with this move. He and the movers were very friendly and courteous, even helping me pack up some of the things I hadn't gotten to yet. I had to move multiple locations and that didn't faze them one bit. All day we were talking, joking and laughing as they worked. It never felt like strangers were in my home doing a job. It felt like my friends were there to help me and was a very happy day and pleasant experience! If I ever move again I'll use this company again and know who I'll be requesting as my driver! I’ve used Larsen Transfer for 2 of my residential moves. Their storage pods are the way to go. Completely takes the stress out of de-cluttering your house for staging and you get to take your time moving everything in there and packing as well as unpacking. I will simply never go the moving truck route.
Additionally, I have rented a refrigeration pod for flowers for a large wedding we were designing. We also refer them to many couples for this as well especially those opting to do their own food and bar service. They really work great even on 108* degree days in Tri-Cities.

Hello everyone to all truck drivers! I don't like writing a review, but I have to.I delivered the cargo at 8:00 in the morning, but they open at 9:00, okay, I said. Then I met a woman who brazenly coughed in my face and did not answer me politely at all. I read some form that I didn't understand. In the end, they asked me to put it in the door, despite the bad conditions, I started acting on their words. But the man, not understanding, began to insult me with his gestures. And in the end I left their trailer on the street. My personal advice is to take care of your health and nerves that are not recovering. Good luck to everyone!
