The movers were friendly, very respectful and accommodating. They were fast, hard working movers. We were very pleased with the move.

As a response to the owners response to. Connie Lydens...

1. The truck was parked at the end of the sidewalk in front of the entrance, it being a rental truck had nothing to do with load time. There were no mechanical issues, they came out and changed a headlight after it was parked in place by me. Your guy asked if he could move it about 10ft and that took no more than a few minutes. We cant park it on the grass..

2. The truck had some boxes in it we loaded that tipped while we were positioning it and we corrected the issue when they got there. They only had to load/organize the boxes front to back which is what we were paying you for am I wrong? All
other boxess and furniture were in the storage unit and apartment when they got there.

3. All boxes minus a few in the kitchen were sealed and we ended up loading the boxes that were sealed later. I emptied an entire storage unit of perfectly sealed boxes and did their job for them. I set them in the truck and the lead guy stacked. If anyone says differently they are lieing!

4. You had one guy not using the other dolly and just carrying one small thing at a time down with the exception of night stands when you could have got two or three on the dolly, not very proficient. We know this because we did it when we loaded the storage unit in preparation.

5. I am writing this because your response is completely and utterly false. Own up to your poor performance and dont push it off as being the clients falt with lies. Learn from your mistakes and correct them.
