Very professional & courteous

They arrived on time. My problem was the way the wrapped my furniture and their snail pace.. I used Two Men & a Truck to move to Ludington and those men were awesome! The quilts were covering all aspects of my furniture secured by real wide stretch wrap. Larson's wrapped poorly with narrow stretch wrap and didn't even wrap some furniture. Two Men & a Truck actually used the dolly to load several boxes at a time. Larson's men carried one box at a time in spite of my suggesting using the dolly. I was told that they save the dolly for furniture. My son used a dolly moving 3-4 boxes each time to speed things up. If it weren't for him I don't know what we would have done. They were extremely slow considering they were paid by the hour. I actually had to end the loading at the minium of 4 1/2 hours. We were on a very tight schedule and they weren't worth paying beyond the minimum. I cannot recommend them.

Moving is always stressful and exhausting. I've made a number of moves over the years - most recently from the U.P. to Manistee at the end of July - and have to place Larson's Moving and Storage at the top of my 'best movers ever' list! They were all the things I needed - communicative, responsive, professional, pleasant, and just an overall joy to work with. I can't recommend Kyle and his crew highly enough!

I was given last minute notice of my closing date Of my home in Traverse City and Larsons rearranged their very busy schedule to get me moved right away, even though they and all of the other moving companies in TC and Ludington were booked for a month out. They were very affordable, on time, and courteous. Would definitely recommend and use them again! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
