Review:

Nightmare. Poor business ethics. One mover was excellent and the other mover complained, was rude whole time to coworker and myself. Only moved half of my belongings. The rest I had to leave behind. Then try to work it out with company and manager unresponsive. They do not have a company truck and use a uhaul. Not as much room to move vs a commercial truck. Very frustrating and disappointed.

Review:

This is a great team! We can’t thank them enough. We had our original movers cancel on us and the fact that this team was able to drop everything and coordinate different moving schedules to fit us in was incredible. The team was quick, efficient, and extremely strong and agile. They were able to complete our move in a very minimal amount of time. We definitely call again for another move. This team totally saved the day!

READ, DON'T SKIM...

I'll start on a good note. If you need last minute (within 1-2 days) they will help (Michael). Quite good.

But let's give you more information... They will quote you a price, not send you an invoice, and then demand 'cash only' plus more than quoted when you tell them that you can't go over a certain price so only take what you quoted me on, but dont listen to your instructions once on site and force you to pay more because they 'moved more (after you said not to)', i only had credit due to the last minute funeral but was forced to find cash to then cashapp payment then they do not send a receipt once you pay, or even after you request it (Michael). This is all unprofessional and shady business practices. Oh wait they called to confirm the service on Oct 27, 2022 (Chris). Good job, glad I didn't forget that.

But why do you ask... come to find out because the workers damaged your new landlords property in the process and wish to stick the damages on you and ruin 3 pieces of furniture. Your probably asking yourself where was I well backstory my Great Aunt (95) passed away right as I signed a lease for a new apt and I had to leave town (Oct 27, 2022) to be beside my Grandmother (92 & now the last elder in the family). I needed to be out Nov. 1 2022 and I would return (Oct. 31 extremely late) so I did what any person would if they weren't able to do something themselves. I left keys with a partner and hired a local moving company!

I'm not one to leave reviews unless truly warranted and their treatment and abuse of my situation is their karma.

Choosing them is your choice... but I will not spend my money at this establishment and would recommend against you using them. High vibrations and blessings to you all.

Review:

Used once with great service. used again in August 22, damaged our West Elm table. Many phone calls not returned. Finally able to get ahold of the owner via text and tried to give us $60 back for damages. Eventually agreed to $100. For months (now October) has promised to send a check for $100 reimbursement and has still not done it. Continues to try to push the date back when told a complaint would be filed with the Better Business Bureau. We have been more than patient until today when we were told to 'stop texting' him. Would absolutely never use again. Nightmare of a business to deal with.
