Last Minute Storage LLC

Some super nice people work here! I had a last-minute need for storage while I was rolling through town and they were extremely accommodating. Very thankful for their assistance and kindness.

Good facility for storage. Clay, the owner, is a good man to work with.

I wouldn't use this place if military. This owner lies a lot and avoided giving me a receipt for what I paid for work reimbursement. I told him why I needed it and he sent receipt showing I paid $0. How is this mistake made when on another review he rebuttals he doesn't offer free first month. Suspicious; doesn't he need to report correct amount to pay taxes? He kept saying he'd fix for a month. Called to see if I can go pick it up if it's easier and he said his ac has been broken so he can't go to his office. I realized then he was playing games. My husband didn't believe me and called him to meet and you can guess he never showed. After pleading some more he said I'm supposed to call uhaul after all that time. Also, if i want him to fix I'd have to pay him and to just get over the $, while trying to get more money and revealing he can fix. Called uhaul, they said he needs to call. While using the storage I asked if I needed my own locks and he said he'd provide and you can guess he never did. I'd be surprised if he didn't lie about his corrections on the other reviews because otherwise why would they still be posted. I have never experienced this unprofessional behavior; I'm in awe.

We rented a storage from this company and they continued to charge us after we stopped using the storage. We have continued to call and request our refund but have not received anything from them. They will not answer our phone calls so we have had to call from a different number to speak to them but still to this day no return and this is the 3 rd month of calling, going there and still nothing very disappointed
