The crew was very organized and treated our property and belongings as if it were their own. We were impressed by their communication with each other and ourselves. My experience with Lausch's Moving Company from start to finish was completely professional. Starting with Robert the owner to the men who did the actual move, we always had the feeling that we were in good hands with Robert and his team. Robert came out to our home to give us an estimate. He was on time, professional and a good communicator. He put our minds at ease that he and his team could accomplish our move and meet our expectations. The day of the move his team showed up to our home on time as scheduled. The team leader did a walk through with us and explained their game plan for that part of the move. The guys were all very polite and personable. They worked methodically and showed care for our belongings like they were their own. They were very good at communicating during the process. When part one was completed and the truck was loaded we went to our new home for the offload and set up in our new home. The guys showed the same care for our belongings during the offload. There were a couple minor glitches during the off load. The guys communicated with Robert the owner and the situation was handled. Robert is a good leader and handles situations that arise in a calm and a professional manner. One of my beliefs in life is that people make mistakes and that's ok, but it's how they handle the mistakes that show their true character. Robert handled the mistakes beautifully and flawlessly. He is a true professional and an owner of a local business that deserves your trust and your business. He is a young man of character and is looking to do the next right thing. They did a great job on moving my gym equipment. I asked many other movers to do the job because it required going upstairs and they couldn’t get the equipment through the doorway. Lausch accepted and got it done no problem and at a very reasonable price. Great job Rob and thanks to all of you who helped get ‘we done ?
