Layton Hills Storage

I did the 6 month contract with Jenn and I got my second month free. Best choice to rent from Layton hills storage . The management is always helpful talked me into renting a uhaul to move my stuff. Would highly recommend.

Facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. The new employees are doing an amazing job at correcting the mistakes past employees made. One of the employees, Jenn, has been extremely friendly whenever I've dealt with her, and always helps answer all the questions I have.

If you are looking for somewhere to store your belongings, I highly recommend Layton Hills Storage!

I've had my work equipment here for almost a year now and its been nothing but a headache Ive been locked out and stuck inside more times than I can count they're closed today and I'm locked out again until someone comes in at 9 am (over 24 hours) I was supposed to do a job today I had to cancel everything I really hate these storage units

Horrible experience with the recent employees. I have been there over 10 years and recently they've made a mess of my account where I paid religiously every two months since I started!! They should be investigated...Something is going on with this place which isn't legal!! Since the beginning of the year, this crazy lady would call, screaming and in very bad english. I paid last month for two months ahead of time and now I have problems with them again!!! They say I owe this month....CRAZY ....

They are never there. They leave for long lunches. She lives on site. And she closes at 2 pm every Tuesday. They are closed on Wednesdays. They gate is always broken. Anyone can just walk right in. They raised the rent 35$ more a month. Have uhale trucks horribly parked in the way of getting through the entrance all the time.

Just a small update. Still haven't been able to speak on the phone or have them be open when I have came. I just want to pay my bill.

Quick update over the last year and a half this place has changed immensely. They are so much more organized, they always have somebody either to answer the phone or they call you back almost immediately. I have come on to some hard times due to my health. Because of this they have worked with me on making sure I can still pay my bill even if it's late, and are very lenient so I stay a customer. The gate has been fixed, and hasn't had any more problems since the new person started. Originally I gave it a one-star but since they have improved so much I have changed my star to a three. I'm sure that they will continue to improve and soon I can give them a five star.
