Just full of problems with this place... Raised rent with no consent... Took $ for rent out of my account without my consent & even charged me late fees when doing so... Total ripoff... They even said they will credit late fees back and never did...

Second time dealing with this lady she is sneaky, careless and yes... rude. I've had multiple occasions where she will try to charge my card extra without saying anything and then will tell me some excuse why if I bring it up. I had corporate UHaul talking with them hopefully they solved the issue or will shut them down.

Nice lady at storage units. Clean and easy to get to and not signs if any critters during time I had my things in storage there. Easy access and close to HAFB. You can purchase lock there as well for your unit.

Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!
