The receptionist on duty today was extremely rude in the way she responded to my questions. Lesson in common courtesy is recommended.

How does this 'owner' give my truck to the wrong person!? Customer service was terrible, she was Very rude and impatient that I was upset that SHE rented it to the wrong person on the day we were moving!

My grandmother's storage unit was broken into. Her lock was cut, stuff rummaged through, took things if value and then they replaced with a different lock. When she told the office they were no help and didn't seemed to care. They wouldn't even look over the surveillance footage. Hopefully they will show the police when they ask for the video. The most suspicious thing is that there where other locks that matched the one that the burglars put on hers on other units. Watch your stuff here...

Good price compared to others, amazing customer service. They try to get to know all their tenants. I left my longboard at the facility once, they saw I left it and made sure to pick it up and put it in the office until I came to get it.
