Leaders Moving & Storage-Columbus

Today I worked with Darrin (1839) and Mike (1640) as they moved a couch from one part of my house to another. They were professional, respectful, and willing to try different options of where in my house we could move the couch to. At my request, they tried to move my couch to an area I had previously tried and failed and I wondered if having a professional do it would change the outcome. Darrin and Mike were so willing to give it a try even after I told them about my attempt. We ended up having to go with the originally planned location, and everything worked out so well. Darrin and Mike even put the cushions back on my couch when I didn't even ask them or expect them to. It was great meeting them today and they did a wonderful job. I'd be happy to have Darrin and Mike come back to help me move the next time I need help! They were great about letting me know about their arrival time and were even able to make it here a bit early, which totally worked out. Very happy with my experience!

I had a great experience using Leaders to move furniture from Clintonville to German Village. Getting a quote was easy, scheduling was a breeze, and my services were timely. I read a negative review complaining that the company would not transport items not included on the original itemized quote and that seems reasonable to me. My movers did a walk through with me at the beginning of the move to make sure all items were accounted for and it was as straightforward as could be. I worked with Jordan C (1796) and Darrin D (1839) who did a fantastic job. They were friendly, efficient, and took care with all of my belongings as well as my apartment. The entire process was fast and painless. I will definitely use them again in the future for any additional moves!

Leaders moving was exceptional. They quoted me a price and stuck to it. No surprise charges. They were responsive, punctual, professional, and kind. Mike 1640 and D 1834 were absolutely wonderful. Leaders Movers gets our highest review and recommendation! It was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Grace provided a very detailed estimate after giving her an inventory list over the phone. She was very responsive and easy to reach throughout! The movers arrived and were timely, extremely polite and courteous, extremely hard working, and had exceptional attention to detail. There were no scrapes, breaks, or any damage at all! From start to finish, this process was a terrific one thanks to Leader Movers and especially our moving crew Patrick 1787, DJ 1739, and Danna 1864. They truly were AMAZING!!!

I had a great experience (again!) with Leaders. Both the men moving me were personable, helpful, and efficient. Tyler and Jordan moved me from an apartment in Dublin to downtown Columbus. I didn't know how I was going to set up my living room, so I left it in their hands to do it, and I haven't moved things since! That was above and beyond for me. I am grateful for the care they took and the help in getting me into my new home. I'm quite positive I'll move again in the future, and I'll be sure to use Leaders every time.
