I've been paying $120 a month to try and get caught up on my payments, for approximately 2 years, give or take; but my dad (the unit is in his name) got an email saying that they need their money and that they're going to auction off our items or involve law enforcement, even though I have proof that they are taking my money. So what are you doing with my money? I had a $60 charge THE DAY OF that email being sent out. It looks really bad on Mayor Lee that his employees can't handle a $60 charge every two weeks, AND they still can't even do that, they will take money one day and then literally the next day, they will take another $60. I have screenshots of my bank account so, I don't know what is happening, and it needs to be fixed immediately, or I need to be reimbursed or have my debt cleared. Because frankly, this is ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable.
