This moving company is a joke. They packed our stuff up without any care. They destroyed most of our furniture and lied on the paperwork. Now we are dealing with our military household good not being covered because of their mistake. The driver literally told the guys that were loading the truck “it’s a lot of stuff” but they refused to get more help because that meant less money for them. This company not only had no work ethic but also, no disregard for other peoples property. I wish the military would stop giving these kinds of people contracts to move military families.

They moved our military family and didn't bother labeling a lot of our items they shipped then broke most of them and denied most of the claim. Worst movers we have had by far.

During the packing process I was feeling confident. The guys were very friendly and seemed to be doing a great job. However when it came time to load our belongings and the crew to leave we noticed they left trash everywhere. One of the guys even stuck his trash from lunch in the tree in our front yard. There were items that were not packed until we pointed them out, an entire bathroom being one. However once our stuff arrived at our new house and we started the process of unpacking we started noticing things that should not have been. Canvases packed with kitchen items. The canvas did not make it. We found toys from our sons room packed in a box with items from the garage. Scratches on our washer and dryer, dents in our furniture. We even found trash that wasn't ours packed with our things, dirty tissues and paper towels. Overall just a lot of little things that started adding up quickly. We went from being mostly happy with them to being increasingly frustrated with every box we unpacked.

If you are PCSing and are not using this company, then you are wrong! They were quick, made sure things were done correctly!
