I called to see about having a park model RV transported, leveled, blocked, and tie down. The gentlemen that answered the phone explained to me that he could not take the job because I live across the state line and he is only licensed in SC. However, he continued to answer my questions about what is involved in blocking, leveling and tieing down the unit, even though he knew there was no way he could make the sale. To me, he went above and beyond what can be reasonably expected. If they are going to be this generous with their time for someone that isn't a customer. it seems to me that they would be an excellent company to work with if you need there services in SC.

UNREALIABLE!! BEWARE!! QUOTES ONE PRICE AND CHARGES THOUSANDS MORE 10 MINUTES BEFORE PICKING UP YOUR HOME FOR A MOVE!! COSTED US ALOT OF MONEY AND TIME TO REDO PERMITS ETC. A BOY TRYING TO DO A GROWN MAN'S JOB. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! SPEND SOMEWHERE SMARTER!

Finally did answer the phone (Colton) said he would look at both lots and give me a quote. That's the extent of the service I received. Will not respond to text messages.
The 5 star rating in my opinion are posted by family and friends all in the past 5 months.
Today is the 31st haven't heard a word from them since the 22nd
If you have weeks or months to play games go ahead and give these guys a try.
